Shipping

	Domestic US: Christmas delivery is guaranteed for all continental US purchases made by Dec. 14th at 7:30am Pacific. Hawaii & Alaska gifts will not arrive in time for Christmas. Shipping is FREE for all US orders $49 and over. All orders under $49 have a flat-rate of just $5.99 (no matter how many items are in your order).
	International: Gifts will not arrive in time for Christmas. We ship internationally for a flat-rate of $9 for the first item and $4 for each additional item.
If you are outside our shipping area, please contact us.
	Delivery Time: If you live within the continental United States, expect to receive your items within 7-14 days. If you are outside the continental United States, please allow 14-28 days depending on your location.
	Updates: You'll always know exactly where your order is. From the time we receive it, to the time we ship it, to when it's delivered – we'll send you a quick friendly note each time so that you're always up-to-date.
	Protection: Fragile items (such as mugs, canvas art, etc.) will be shipped with special packaging to ensure safe delivery.

NOTE: Even if you order after Dec. 14th, it is possible you'll receive your continental US order by Christmas. We just cannot guarantee it.

Returns

Getting great customer support shouldn't feel like a miracle!

	If you are not 100% satisfied (for any reason) simply contact us within 60 days of delivery. Let us know why you're returning your item(s). If you need a different size, let us know which size you want.
	We will set you up with a free return shipping label. Easy as 1, 2, 3!
	Once we receive your return, we'll get your new product out to you ASAP.

For refunds, we process them within 2 business days after receiving your returned item. Credit card companies can take up to 7-10 business days to reflect the refund on your statement.
