Now for the simple version...

We have partnered with a travel agency that has long-standing relationships with hundreds of national & international hotel chains as well as thousands of boutique hotels.


As you know, most hotels are rarely filled to capacity – especially during off-peak times and weekdays.

Our partner works with these hotels to fill low-demand rooms in the hopes that guests will spend more money on site – at the restaurant, shops, and activities.

When you redeem the travel voucher you receive from us, the travel agency website will also offer you upgrades such as enhanced rooms and longer stays. There's no obligation or pressure to upgrade.

Some common concerns...

Timeshare Presentations: None required, ever. Once on-site, some locations may offer you timeshare presentations in exchange for additional resort benefits.

Hotel Quality: Hotels are rated 4+ stars on Travelocity. Standard rooms include one king or two queens.

Additional Costs: Hotel Rewards are valid for hotel accommodations only and do not include tax, transportation, food/beverages, entertainment, gratuities or resort fees (if any).

Note: At some destinations, complimentary breakfast may be included!

In order to activate your Hotel Rewards Voucher, the hotel/bed taxes & fees must be paid in advance to our travel partner. For almost all locations, the taxes & fees are under $100 for the entire stay!

Travel Dates & Hotel Availability: Travel must be booked at least 30 days in advance. Available hotels will vary upon dates chosen because the system adjusts based on demand and availability.

The more flexible you can be, the more dates & hotels you'll have to choose from.

Reward Limitations: Only one Hotel Reward per year, per household. Not valid for group travel. At least one person in your reservation must be 21+

Transferability: The hotel voucher we issue is transferable and can be given as a gift. Once that voucher is activated and taxes paid, it cannot be exchanged or transferred.
