Shipping & Returns

Domestic US Shipping. Domestic US: Shipping is FREE for all orders $49 and over in the contiguous 48 states. Orders under $49 have a flat-rate of just $5.99 (no matter how many items are in your order).

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or outside the US.
Expected delivery time. Delivery Time: If you live within the contiguous 48 states United States, expect to receive your items within 7-14 days. During peak times in November & December, please allow an additional 7 days.
Tracking updates always available. Updates: You'll always know exactly where your order is. From the time we receive it, to the time we ship it, to when it's delivered – we'll send you a quick friendly note each time so that you're always up-to-date.
Fragile items will be protected. Protection: Fragile items (such as mugs, canvas art, etc.) will be shipped with special packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Contact Us If you are not 100% satisfied (for any reason) simply contact us within 60 days of delivery. Let us know why you're returning your item(s). If you need a different size, let us know which size you want.
International Shipping We will set you up with a free return shipping label. Easy as 1, 2, 3!
Expected delivery time. Once we receive your return, we'll get your new product out to you ASAP.
For refunds, we process them within 2 business days after receiving your returned item. Credit card companies can take up to 7-10 business days to reflect the refund on your statement.
