Dr.'s places of tests-surgeries-people helping me! The coloring part is very soothing-comforting and adds a touch of creative inspiration! I actually bought it as a gift for my mother who so needs encouragement. She once believed in "gratitude and love" and she once enjoyed sketching and artwork, but adversities in her life has turned her sour and negative. Haven't given it to her as I'm afraid she will react negatively. I looked through the book and thought there wasn't enough art to color in. Love the consept and hoping she will too
