Shipping & Returns

	Domestic US: Shipping is FREE for all orders $49 and over in the contiguous 48 states. Orders under $49 have a flat-rate of just $5.99 (no matter how many items are in your order). Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship for a flat-rate of $15 (no matter how many items are in your order).
	International: We ship internationally for a flat-rate of $10 for the first item and $5 for each additional item.
If you are outside our shipping area, please contact us.
	Delivery Time: If you live within the contiguous 48 states United States, expect to receive your items within 7-14 days. If you are outside the continental United States, please allow 14-28 days depending on your location.
	Updates: You'll always know exactly where your order is. From the time we receive it, to the time we ship it, to when it's delivered – we'll send you a quick friendly note each time so that you're always up-to-date.
	Protection: Fragile items (such as mugs, canvas art, etc.) will be shipped with special packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Returns

Getting great customer support shouldn't feel like a miracle!

	If you are not 100% satisfied (for any reason) simply contact us within 60 days of delivery. Let us know why you're returning your item(s). If you need a different size, let us know which size you want.
	We will set you up with a free return shipping label. Easy as 1, 2, 3!
	Once we receive your return, we'll get your new product out to you ASAP.

For refunds, we process them within 2 business days after receiving your returned item. Credit card companies can take up to 7-10 business days to reflect the refund on your statement.
