	Domestic US: Shipping is FREE for all orders $49 and over in the contiguous 48 states. Orders under $49 have a flat-rate of just $5.99 (no matter how many items are in your order). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or outside the US.
	Delivery Time: If you live within the contiguous 48 states United States, expect to receive your items within 7-14 days. During peak times in November & December, please allow an additional 7 days.
	Updates: You'll always know exactly where your order is. From the time we receive it, to the time we ship it, to when it's delivered – we'll send you a quick friendly note each time so that you're always up-to-date.
	Protection: Fragile items (such as mugs, canvas art, etc.) will be shipped with special packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Returns

Getting great customer support shouldn't feel like a miracle!

	If you are not 100% satisfied (for any reason) simply contact us within 60 days of delivery. Let us know why you're returning your item(s). If you need a different size, let us know which size you want.

For refunds, we process them within 2 business days after receiving your returned item. Credit card companies can take up to 7-10 business days to reflect the refund on your statement.
