Domestic US: Shipping is FREE for all orders $49 and over in the contiguous 48 states. Orders under $49 have a flat-rate of just $5.99 (no matter how many items are in your order).
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship for a flat-rate of $15 (no matter how many items are in your order).
|International: We ship internationally for a flat-rate of $10 for the first item and $5 for each additional item.|

|Delivery Time: If you live within the contiguous 48 states United States, expect to receive your items within 7-14 days. If you are outside the continental United States, please allow 14-28 days depending on your location.|

Hi Brigitte, We are so sorry that it hasn't arrived yet! We are committed to creating the best customer support experience we can, even during times of extreme adversity. On that note, as you know, right now with the pandemic we have a double-whammy... First, our production & fulfillment facilities have been running at 10%. They originally told us they weren't producing any products, however, much to our delight, they later on shared that their essential employees (to maintain equipment) were also able to very slowly create & ship products at a significantly delayed timeframe. Secondly, the postal services (especially international) are taking significantly longer than usual. The US Postal Service has also issued a public statement about their huge delays. We have done our best to be clear on our website since the end of March that we expect most items to arrive in mid to late May. Also, immediately after your order we sent a message sharing more details about the delays and expected arrival dates in mid-to-late May - especially for international orders like yours. With all that in mind, we still expect your order to arrive within the timeframe that we expected (mid to late May). Looking into your order directly, we see the issue is with the International mail carrier. It was passed off to the international carrier a couple of weeks ago. That said, we are 100% committed to your satisfaction! And once this pandemic is over, we expect to be back to our normal lightning-fast delivery times -- even across the oceans. For now though, we ask for your forgiveness, love, support, and understanding because the issue is quite literally out of our hands - we are at the mercy of the shipping companies which are operating at a significantly reduced capacity.
